What is your refund policy?Updated a year ago

Our refund policy states that we will offer refunds if the return is due to damage by us or manufacturer defect within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. If you are missing an item or receive damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer returns or refunds for clothing items unless it is due to damaged goods received. Proof of damage must be documented by photograph and submitted. We only offer exchanges on clothing items, no returns. Exchange must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed before exchange will be processed. Additional shipping charges will apply.
